My career is rooted in character-driven storytelling, with a singular focus on serving the story. Each frame I craft is designed in harmony with actors, locations, and production design to evoke authentic emotion and fully immerse the audience.
I’m drawn to narratives defined by transformation—stories where characters evolve and landscapes shift—so that by the final frame, the audience experiences the world, and the story, differently.
Collaboration is central to my process. Every element—from color palette to camera movement and overall mood—is aligned with the director’s vision to create a cohesive and compelling cinematic experience.
A guiding principle on every project is to come prepared and stay true to the story. Rather than relying on a rigid signature style, my work emphasizes thoughtful camera work and a deliberate use of color to craft immersive, emotive visuals.
My work has been featured at Sundance with the short film Gun. I studied film at Marist College and spent over a decade honing my skills as a 1st Assistant under cinematographers including Igor Martinovic and Sean Bobbitt, with further technical mastery gained as an operator on Season 2 of House of Cards under the mentorship of Gary Jay.
